“We did not stay in the property after viewing it as we judged it to be not up to standard. We recommend the owners do the following before considering letting it again:- attend to mould issues (bedroom wall, kitchen)- clear up and ensure safety of outside space (clean up cigarette stubs, remove dangerous wood and rubble)- provide a blind or curtain in the bathroom for privacy- ensure kitchen is better presented and equipped (replace missing cupboard doors, provide microwave)- ensure cleanliness……

“Everything was excellent. There was one issue with a noisy water pump that was fixed promptly as soon as we brought it to our host's attention. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Southport. Parking would possibly be a little tight if all the spaces were in use and your vehicle was large. Location is good: quiet but within easy walking distance of town. Eateries very close indeed.”
