“Facility was nice. DRIFTRS, the management company, is really bad. We were there for 4 days. Upon arrival we noticed no toilet paper and half the light bulbs burned out. The place was so dark I needed a flashlight to use the kitchen. We reported these issues immediately. They told us to use kitchen paper towels as toilet paper and did not respond to all the burned out light bulbs. We woke up every morning with the apartment hot and stuffy. The NEST thermostat is programmed to continually……

“This was a comfortable, spacious, clean apartment with a well-appointed kitchen. We were in town for a horse show at the NRG Arena, and this location was very close - just 3 minutes away at non-peak traffic times. That sure was convenient when we had to come in late at night and leave early in the morning. We wish we had had more time to just relax in the apartment - the large living room would have been a great place to rest, if we could have. Maybe next year! We really hope to rent this same……

“We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was completely as advertised and then some! I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future. It is in the perfect location to visit NRG stadium and Minute Maid Park, as well as all of Houston's downtown favorites. Marie, the host was also very responsive to any questions we had. In closing I would like to add that this is one of the best properties we have ever stayed at, and we travel quite a bit with several different travel services. ”

“We went to Houston for the college classic baseball tournament and needed a spot for one night with friends. Location is better for NRG than downtown but the drive was only 15 minutes away. Not bad at all. Place was very clean and checkin directions very easy.”

“Unit was well stocked. Two bathrooms. Air mattress. No sofa bed. Carpet needs professional cleaning. Plenty of parking. Late check out available. Good value. ”
