“Facility was nice. DRIFTRS, the management company, is really bad. We were there for 4 days. Upon arrival we noticed no toilet paper and half the light bulbs burned out. The place was so dark I needed a flashlight to use the kitchen. We reported these issues immediately. They told us to use kitchen paper towels as toilet paper and did not respond to all the burned out light bulbs. We woke up every morning with the apartment hot and stuffy. “There were alot of instructions to gain access. Overall it worked out. Not sure who the cleaners were but the place did not look as if anyone had done a deep clean in a few months. The carpet looked as if someone had put cigarettes out on it. The baseboards and windowsills had dirt and dust. There was still decor from Halloween. The bathrooms looked dirty. The location was great and away from the downtown traffic. Overall it was ok. I would stay again if the deep cleaned the place. Oh and the……
