"Would not recommend . We booked on the same day as check in, no one would answer the phone or let you into the property without 72 hours notice. We purchased the Villa for one night due to a flight cancellation, tried phoning multiple times and messaging before check in closed but no one would answer the phone. "This house is very convenient to I-45 to get you anywhere in the city, in addition to surface road travel if that is preferred. The check in was very simple, any questions were quickly answered and the host was very gracious. We brought our dog, was the yard was enclosed so it was easy to manage the puppy's needs. We would definitely stay here again when we visit Houston!"

"I really don't know where to start regarding this property. I'll start by saying BEWARE! It is located in, what looks like, a poor community. Upon arriving I witnessed a guy on a bicycle at one of the other houses making an exchange through the fence. I honestly believe it was a drug transaction. "Light fell out of ceiling, shower didn’t drain, positive Covid text strip found under bed toilet seat broken dryer never heated didnt fix things. Doorbell broken only 2 towels person for a week stay with broken dryer left a day early and got hotel. Says golf and lake access which isn’t true. Warmer drawer not attached dishwasher not mounted. Very unresponsive. Would not ever recommend. And heard neighborhoood association dosnt even allow VRBO rentals"
