“Very clean property, check in was easy, comfortable bed and atmosphere, the view was nice and overall would recommend. Some cons: The check in code makes me worry slightly about safety. The sauna is much smaller than it appears in the photo, and is also in a very awkward location (in the hallway between rooms, facing the hall). There was also only shampoo in the washroom, no conditioner or body wash.”

“The room had a nice view. The women who clean and the person at the front desk are extremely nice. The major problem I had is that the cleaners kept wanting to clean the room. Unfortunately, I am allergic to a lot of chemicals, and they were cleaning the hall rugs plus the room I was in with heavily scented strong cleaning solution. I had trouble breathing as a result. The cleaner kept saying, ¨Oh it is nice. It smells so nice etc."Meanwhile, I was not able to breathe properly and developed a……

“Large unit with convenient parking. Full kitchen was nice, loft TV did not work. Tried to go for breakfast one morning and told server we did not have a lot of time but took way too long so ended up leaving. ”

“Stayed for work trip. Easy check-in. Clean room. Hot water tap in bathroom sink froze and stopped running. Had to leave hot water taps dripping so they would not freeze up.”

“I showed up there and there's man covered in piss in the lobby. Called the number on the closed Lobby and nobody answered”

“Hotel is under alot of construction at current time. We have stayed there many times and understand the need for updates and maintenance but it would have been nice to know in advance or perhaps reduction of rates during the Reno. I'm sure that the hotel will look amazing when we return next year. Staff is always amazing and rooms are always clean. Thanks for a great weekend!”
