Unfortunately, I am allergic to a lot of chemicals, and they were cleaning the hall rugs plus the room I was in with heavily scented strong cleaning solution. I had trouble breathing as a result. “We had a quiet, restful stay in the shoulder season. Enjoyed the fireplace and the view of the mountain. Would have been a true ski-in stay as the lift is 50m from the door. Took several beautiful hikes nearby and enjoyed the local restaurants.”

“No one in the lobby. You had to call a phone number to get assistance for check-in. When we did that the gentleman was quite busy so we said we would go and have some dinner and then come back. Came back in an hour and there was a text message from him that the door to the room was propped open and the key was on the bed. We have stayed there many times and understand the need for updates and maintenance but it would have been nice to know in advance or perhaps reduction of rates during the Reno. I'm sure that the hotel will look amazing when we return next year. Staff is always amazing and rooms are always clean. Thanks for a great weekend!”
