“Staff was amazing in a stressful situation with Crowsnest Pass closing. Room was clean and had everything I needed.”

“Room looked clean, but the bathroom was not, the shower was gross same with the toilet did not look like it had been cleaned at all. There was fruits flies everywhere. ”

“I had a wonderful stay at this traditional-style B&B. The home itself is full of character, warm, and very comfortable—everything you’d hope for in a cozy getaway. The host was absolutely lovely, welcoming, and made me feel right at home. Her cooking was delicious and added such a personal touch to the experience. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and I’d happily return again.”

“The hotel was beautiful. The best breakfast I’ve had a hotel that was included with the room. The room was excellent. Cozy bed and pillows. Loved the indoor pool and indoor/outdoor hot tub. My girls really enjoyed the hot chocolate and free cookies in the lobby. Thank you. We will be back. ”

“Stayed for work trip. Easy check-in. Clean room. Hot water tap in bathroom sink froze and stopped running. Had to leave hot water taps dripping so they would not freeze up.”

“This place was great! The staff were awesome, friendly, helpful and also so chill. It was very clean and pet friendly. The parking was convenient, even if outside! It was a bit loud with a family in several rooms around us and kids ripping around the hallways but never during quiet time ”

“Very clean property, check in was easy, comfortable bed and atmosphere, the view was nice and overall would recommend. Some cons: The check in code makes me worry slightly about safety. The sauna is much smaller than it appears in the photo, and is also in a very awkward location (in the hallway between rooms, facing the hall). There was also only shampoo in the washroom, no conditioner or body wash.”
