“No in room AC. Amenities are spade and no linen service for my 3 day stay. Parking was gobbled up with several large commercial and recreational vehicles parking across spaces, so I had to park in a parking lot of another business with luggage was a challenge. Pillows were awful but bed was comfortable. Somewhat noisy with highway traffic so hard to sleep with window open for air circulation. Staff was friendly but hard to find.”

“Great house with views of the Spokane river and surrounding area. Convenient location to restaurants, shops, Arbor Crest Winery but still in a very quiet area. Kitchen is well stocked, bedrooms are roomy with comfy king beds in all rooms but one, and nice recently remodeled bathrooms. Television in upstairs living room is massive so if you have to group who wants to gather for a special event it is perfect!Outside area needs attention so not a great area for kids to play outside but the……

“This property is a 10. The home sits right on the river, with a nice quiet patio surrounded by pines overlooking the Spokane river. The owner is welcoming a great Host who takes care in providing well appointed spaces with a spacious bedroom, sitting room and bath. The interior space also has a view of the river. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful stay that is close to restaurants and shopping, this is the place!”

“It was a nice location and nice apartment. The traffic noise was very overwhelming as it is a very busy 4 lane road and the sound machine in the bedroom with the queen bed did not work, so getting any sleep was hard as it was constant traffic through the night. I think there was everything there that you would need for your stay as far as kitchen accomodations and they had great treats out. I could not get the patio door to lock but there was a stick. Host was great, but I dont think I would……
