"Nice property. Loved the room and cleanliness. Recommend valet because of proximity of valet parking/security. Shuttle service into downtown with drop off and pickup totally FREE is a major plus!
Only negative thing I have to say is there are several homeless people that hang around the lobby doors outside making it look sketchy.

"My first time in Nashville and stayed at Homewood suites. The cleanliness of the hotel and friendliness of the staff made me feel like a valued customer. I met Ms. Dra who was a total gem.She provided exceptional customer service during my entire stay. She keep the entire dining area very clean, the food was really good. I will definitely stay at this hotel again."
"All in all a good hotel, especially the staff made this an enjoyable stay (Shoutout to Ruben and the lady in charge of breakfast)! The hotel is a good 30 minute walk (7 minute drive) from downtown. I walked there and felt fine both during the day and at night. Many dining options for take out and order. The lobby is decorated nicely, with swings and many cute seating options. They had a barkeeper that played live music. Contrary to what it says on Expedia they do offer complimentary breakfast, although it’s a small one it did have everything one might want. All in all good place!"
