“The studio apt. was in a convenient location for us and was very adequate for our recent stay. Pros: Clean overall, nice bathroom with large shower, good lighting, street parking was never a problem, host was very responsive, terrace overlooking street and park was nice. Cons: no luggage racks or place to put suitcases, upholstered chair and sofa……

“Stay has permanent residents with a big dog living above you. Between running around & barking in the middle of the night, couldn’t have 1 full night of sleep.”

“The property itself was very nice. Location for us was convenient and walking up and down the stairs was not a bother. Also, the bed and sofa are squeaky. Overall nice.”

Beds were comfortable, and each room had it's own bathroom with a shower. Everything seemed pretty clean. It's bare-bones, but……

As we opened the door there was an intense and overwhelming smell of what seemed like dead fish. Bringing luggage up to the third floor due to the steps and sharp turns. The bathroom had a major tripping hazard in the bathroom where the toilet was on a raised platform which was adjacent to the sink, closely enough to hinder using the sink without backing into the platform and falling……

“Amazing besides the few blocks around seems dirty and filled with homeless”
