This place had everything we needed and a really short walk for coffee, sushi, beaches, etc. The garage took patience parking the minivan, but we handled it and usually had neighbors cheering us on. We would love to come back.”

“We stayed for 3 nights with our 3 kids (7, 10, 12) for part of our Spring Break trip. Such a cute block with incredibly easy beach access. The unit was spacious, with 2 outdoor areas available to use. The new hot tub was a very welcome addition to the property. The rooms were accurately represented in photos. Kids rooms are on their own floor with one bathroom, primary suite on the top floor with it's own bathroom, and living/main patio on the ground level. Overall this property felt like a……

“Warm, clean, inviting house. Details well thought out. Great neighborhood, easy freeway access, nearby park and restaurants. Host was quick to respond, very accomodating, and welcome to our dogs. Wonderful stay, wish we had more time.”

“Overall loved staying here. Not a lot of requirements leaving and entry was simple. Location was walking distance for great food and a perfect and quiet location for our stay but close enough for our concert and San Diego adventures. Will definitely look at this place again if we take another multiple day adventure to San Diego with a group of 4 friends or more. ”

“The house was spacious with plenty of amenities for our guests of all ages (4-66!) to enjoy. We especially liked the large kitchen and the outdoor patio area with small pool. The beach is truly just a couple blocks away and was an easy walk, even with small kids in tow. Lots of places to get groceries or eat out nearby. We would stay here again!”

It was stocked with every dish, utensil, and appliance that you could ever need, including silverware for the babies!They also had two high chairs, a crib, two pack and plays, a baby walker and several other items for guest use at the property. “Great location (15-30 minutes to every iconic San Diego Thing), quiet neighborhood, and the host was incredibly responsive - sending help right away when the hot tub didn't work and personally getting toys out of storage for our kids when we had some very rainy days that made it hard to be outside. :) ”
