“It was the shabbiest place I have ever seen, staff was trying to give me room in the second floor, I told that I have a handicap sister who could not climb the stairs since there was no elevator. He lied to me that all room in the ground floor was booked. When I threaten to book room in another place he told me that he has one room with TV not working. I said I don’t care about TV, then he allowed that room to me later I found out that the TV was working fine.
The smoke detectors was hanging……

“Staff was excellent. Breakfast was great and the staff there were friendly, inviting and accommodating. Room was clean, comfortable, roomy and laid out well. Will be staying at more at IHG hotels.”
