“The check in instructions were easy to follow. Using an outside link complicated things. I forgot my phone in the VRBO and we couldn’t get back inside because the door code was on my phone. We were able to contact VRBO for assistance and they were able to send us the outside link for the property on a family members phone so we could get the code and get back inside. Communication with the property manager was friendly. ”

“The room was bigger than I thought it would be with plenty of places to sit and relax. Since it rained the whole time we were there we needed a comfortable place to chill. We walked downtown several times in our raincoats. ”

“My husband rented this condo for 2 nights of our trip to the Eureka Springs area, but we only ended up leaving early and only staying for one night. I was able to get in touch with Vacasa quickly for check-out instructions. The condo was was cute, but definitely appears more rustic in person. It smells like a cabin, and we did not sit on the couch as it appeared to be damaged. We were excited about the kayaks but didn’t end up using them because there wasn’t a very easy access point nearby. Cell...
