The Novel House is truly amazing. As you checked in, there was lemonade and cookies for us in the dining room. The view of Zion National Park surrounded the house. The room was immaculate. After hiking at Zion that day, the Novel House was a five minute drive. I would highly recommend this property if you are wanting to visit the area.

Adorable, clean and tastefully decorated little inn, right off the main road. Walking distance to shuttle stop for Zion, many restaurants, and the grocery store. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again!

Simply wow! The very helpful and friendly staff gave us a warm welcome. We were greeted with lemonade and cookies. They gave us various tips about Springdale/Zion. Beautiful, quiet, and clean rooms. The toilet is by European standards, not as deep as others here in the USA.

Highly recommend - Ciaran (sp?) Owner is a superb host. Personable, helpful and comes w/coupons for free breakfast at 2 local restaurants. The rooms are decorated as classic authors and just perfect!

Great location, close to the park shuttle and restaurants. Very clean and well-run property. Room and bathroom were spacious. The owner is very attentive and helpful. Even though we arrived late he waited for us and ensured a warm welcome. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Zion park.

Very clever and comfortable.

The stay at the Novel House exceeded expectations. The decor was clever, thoughtful, and very comfortable. The owners were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. Each room is named after a famous novelist, and the furniture in each room is unique, as well as comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!

Of 6 weeks in the US - this was our favourite stay

A delightful quiet family hotel with beautiful individual rooms, period furniture, communal library and lounge all within a stones throw of a number of great restaurants, the shuttle buses to Zion and the bike hire shops.

Friendly guest house in middle of Springdale

Comfortable spacious rooms. Quirky themes relating to classic novelists. Large guest common areas with tea, coffee, shared fridge and microwave. Very close to shuttle bus stop giving easy access to Zion NP. Oscar's breakfasts were good quality - although note that voucher doesn't cover service tips.
