They had coffee filters and coffee but no pot, a Keurig but only 1 pod, and a french press top with no container to go with it. Black out shades would have been nice in the bedroom. Instructions for check in were wrong, and the "front desk" clearly knows nothing about this property. We had trouble finding the unit because it was out back, not in the main building and...

"Received email with door codes BUT NO ADDRESS. Building was dilapidated..once inside the smell in the lobby was gross and the filth ..again inside the room ..musty moldy smell..bed was disheveled and the sheets appeared piled . We could not stay the 2 nights booked it was so uncomfortable. I contacted host immediately wanting a refund as we did not stay..I was told I was being hostile and no refund would be given."
