This made us drive around for an hour to find a safe parking space in the neighbourhood. Also, the name of the hotel is not written on the building. The hotel is on the 2nd floor of a 45 story building. There is no one to check you in. You have to check-in at a kiosk. After entering the room, the bed was not made and there were no clean towels which……

“Der Aufenthalt war leider sehr enttäuschend. Wir konnten erst drei Stunden nach der normalen Check-in-Zeit einchecken, weil wir trotz mehrfacher Nachfragen keinerlei Informationen vom Gastgeber erhalten haben. Uns wurde dabei auch nicht entgegengekommen oder eine Lösung angeboten. Für den Preis war die Unterkunft absolut nicht gerechtfertigt. Es fehlten sogar grundlegende Dinge wie Seife. Insgesamt sehr schlechter Service und kein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Definitiv nicht zu empfehlen. Ein Stern.”

“It was equipped ok but dirty, rotten onions in the cupboard that smelled! We had no towels etc , a bag of dirty laundry was left in the unit, the floors were not swept or vacuumed the toilet wasn’t cleaned properly, dead plants with cigarette butts in it, thankfully the bedding was clean. I felt bad for our host as the cleaners do not know how to do their job.Our host however graciously put us up in a hotel room downtown the next night. She said she will reimburse us our cleaning fee.Thank you……
