No amenities. My unit was near the office which is 1 building away from the busy intersection of Bluff and Main Street so traffic was a bit noisy until 11pm. If yoy get a unit closer to the east side of the property, it may not be as noisy. Lighting in the room was not adequate. No desk lamp or outlet on the desk which made it difficult to work. Cleanliness was so so. Floor lamp had not been moved in a long time so carpet had not been vacuumed there and was quite dusty. Same with the arms of the couch near the back. There was not a Do Not Disturb sign for my room which made it difficult to sleep in due to housekeeping knocking on my door every morning. AC appeared adequate. Small refrigerator and microwave in the room. Front desk were all pleasant and responded quickly to a repair request. Then the TV didn't work and I had to call this little guy up to try to fix it, which he did. Third, which was probably the worst, the toilet wouldn't work and started filling up with water and almost went all over the floor. When I called the same guy up to fix it, he literally came to the door and tried to hand me the plunger to do it myself. I told him he can do it, it's his job not mine. He couldn't get it working so I actually did try myself and he had a poor plunger that did not work properly. This is the kicker and the funny part, We said we need another room cuz we had no toilet to go in. He seemed confused and said you want another room? Are you serious, No we want a crap in the tub and stay in this room... REALLY? We asked him twice and finally was given another room a couple doors down. Oh but there's more, We got in the new room & the bathroom light didn't work and my daughter went to hang something up and the whole hanger bar broke & fell on the floor. We stayed there even though it was a two-star motel because it was only for a night and we thought well why not, It had good reviews. I didn't realize I needed to have them pay me to stay there.
