"The property was just as listed. Nice space for a large group of women. We didn't need to use the cute little stove as the weather was warm. Two of us used the screened-in porch as a bedroom--such a nice view of the stars and great breezes! Kitchen was perfect for light cooking--everything there for our needs. Plenty of towels! Even plenty of hot water for showers--for a big group!"

"This property is as described and shown in photos. It is small, we had awesome sleep as the bed is comfortable. It is accurately described and depicted in photos and is what we expected. Outside mosquitoes are prevalent but there is screen in porch. It was quiet and we slept well for our 1 night stay."

"The one-room cabin was overall wonderful. The view of the Trout Lake is beautiful, and the cabin is centrally located for any destination you want to get to. The host was polite, and answered every question or concern we had almost immediately. The little heater in the bathroom was a big plus. Towels and blankets were plentiful and the entire cabin was cleaned with some cooking utensils which made making dinner easy. Overall amazing stay!"

"This is a nice small cabin with a great view of the lake. We stayed for one weekend off season but I am sure it is a great place to vacation in the summer. It has everything you need, very clean, and the hosts go out if their way to make sure you are comfortable. It is an upgrade from camping but if luxury is your style, it isn’t for you."

"Very rustic. Fun place to stay. Wish the bathroom was updated, but everything worked and was fine. Great location to use as a base to visit UP locations and the Island. Beautiful sunrises over the lake. Highly recommend if you like rustic places with great character!! We would love to stay there again!!"

"Just Kevin was perfect for us, only drawback was a very small bathroom. The location couldn't have been better, only 5 miles to Mackinaw City and the ferry to Mackinac Island,and very close to Cheboygan too. View of the lake was beautiful and we spent a lot of time sitting on the swing down by the water. House was very friendly and accommodating and a wealth of information and things to seem to in the area. Would definitely stay again but would out for one of the other rooms with a bigger...

"It was very clean and communication with the host was quick and friendly. We loved the location and the extra boats we received. The lake is clean and fire pit was nice. We loved watching the ducks and hummingbirds everyday. It's definitely a great place to go!"
