"The hotel was great, good condition. No issues the staff was great and we had a great view. The only negative is the safe in our room wasn’t working, but wasn’t even worth mentioning to front desk. Overall great few days. "

"I can’t say enough positive things about all the staff. They are all well manner and courteous. I was top floor oceanfront at my request with balcony. Peaceful quiet. The maintenance man Edward even fixed my walker and refused to take a tip. The only thing I would definitely suggest is a cabana boy for second building pool. Loved will visit again. "

"Stayed at this hotel with my dog for a couple days in Ocean City Maryland. What I really loved is that the property is really dog friendly, there’s a lil potty station next to the property. Check-in was quick and easy with friendly employees. We were right on the boardwalk at 23rd st but it’s a very quiet area. We were just steps from my room to the boardwalk & the beach. The hotel is renovated & clean. The pool area were really nice. My family stayed at another hotel on 18th at and it was a quick walk (boardwalk or street) for us. "

"I stayed at the Hyatt Place Ocean Block building with family. The location to the boardwalk and beach was perfect, right across the street! The staff was very friendly and courteous, the suite was clean and had all the necessary amenities to accomodate a family of 4 and a baby. I would definitely stay at the Hyatt again and would recommend it!"

"Room was immaculate property well kept convenient easy parking good security for the vehicle polite staff interior and exterior common areas well lit and very clean great access to the beach with out being too close it was a nice quiet Refuge after a tiring day on the boardwalk and the beach"
