The hours of the front desk are few and the phone number provided was specified for "emergencies only" - so if you have a non-emergency issue - you're on your own? ? ? "The room had issues in the toilet and also the ceiling broke and ended up ruining a pair of shoes from a leakage. The description of the pictures was not accurate to the room. I was supposed to have a suite and had one regular room with balcony."

"Really liked the cottage. Could've been a tad more cleaner, like under the couches and maybe a mopped floor. Absolutely loved having the clean towels and sheets!
