"Check in was quick and easy. The staff was super friendly and gave us two free drink coupons for the basement bar. We also received two free breakfast buffet coupons. The breakfast was mediocre. We stayed in the fireman’s suite. It was very clean and decorated very nicely. The pillows were HORRIBLE and the king size bed needs to be replaced. There are sink holes on each side where people have slept over the years. The hotel is centrally located to bars and restaurants. "

"This place went through an extreme makeover and is top notch! Very comfy beds, beautiful bathroom and great AC! Check in was a little difficult since Expedia didn’t automatically send me the door code to check in, but I called the property and someone assisted me promptly. Aside from that little inconvenience, I’d stay here over the Holiday Inn ANYDAY! Trust me this is a good stay. The very old reviews no longer reflect the property the way it is today! Seriously, it’s ok to stay here!"

"This little cottage is perfect! Wonderful view of the river and it’s worth getting up early to watch the sunrise! All the windows fill every room with so much natural light which adds to the comfy vibe of the whole place! The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals during your stay. I definitely would recommend staying here and I’m already trying to plan my next trip there!!! "

"We were there for girls weekend. We had a wonderful time so peaceful. The horses were fun to feed. It was truly like being in the country.I think one truck went down the road all weekend. We did not turn on the television once lol. It is a great place to unplug and relax.The scenery is beautiful."
