“The Calming Cabin was just as advertised. Quaint, quiet, well appointed, and well stocked. A lot of extras that made our stay a great experience. It was just two of us but the Cabin has room for kids or another couple in the loft. Ben and Tori were very professional, quick to respond, very detailed and communicative although we didn’t want for anything. We would highly recommend this property and host to anyone spending time in the area or just passing through. We would not hesitate to stay with……

“This was our second time staying in the Blackberry Cabin and it once again did not disappoint. One of the many reason we decided to visit Chattanooga again was because we loved where we stayed. The Mountain Community Neighborhood amenities were prefect for us after a busy days spent sight seeing and hiking. We enjoyed pickleball and the playground at night and the restaurant on site is delicious.The cabin was extremely clean and well taken care of and for an added bonus the owners are……

“We had a great stay overall! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was convenient, and communication with the host was easy. Our only minor complaint was that the pool shown in the booking is actually about a 30-minute drive from the property, which was a little unexpected. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!”

“This is a great property, and the hosts are extremely responsive. The property has recently been renovated, so everything is new. However, the pictures for the listing have not been updated. Differences to know are that there is only a 3 seat couch in the living room; there are no side chairs. Also, one of the bedrooms upstairs now has bunk beds, with a double bed for the bottom and a twin for the top. It worked for us, but it is different from the pictures. Overall great stay and great……

“This property was the perfect getaway. It was well-appointed, very clean and comfortable. It was cozy and the neighborhood was beautiful for walks. The bed in the master needs replacing. The frame is coming apart which makes the mattress sag a bit but beyond that it was a very pleasant stay.”
