That is disrespectful. That hotel is very unsafe; something else could have happened. And even with that, they double-charged me, I'm still fighting to resolve to this day.”

“Oh my sweet mother of snap was this a disaster. They don't mention on the website they are undergoing massive renovations on EVERY floor, (which by the way are sorely needed). You have to work your way around construction materials and crew to get to your room. When we went in to my mothers room it smelled like R Kelly had a party there.
