"great time"

"Room was spacious, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spotless. The shower was roomy and high enough for me to wash my hair comfortably. I am 6-7. The shower had safety bars to hold onto. The staff were professional, helpful, courteous. A minor adjustment on the TV was needed. It was addressed immediately. Breakfast was excellent - a full breakfast with wide range of choices. Even the coffee was good (morning coffee in breakfast room). We plan to return next time we are in York."

"The only problem I had is that when I returned in the evening I was dying for a cup of coffee and the coffee maker in the room doesn't work. It was disappointing but the amenities and the appointments in the room and around the hotel are just perfect. Every wall has great artwork. Continental breakfast was better than expected and quite good. Loved that checkout isn't until noon. Just love the place and will definitely be back"
