"We booked the room online about 10 minutes before we arrived. We had absolutely no trouble checking in as soon as got there. Super smooth and fast, were given our complementary water, key cards, breakfast and wifi info and headed to our room in less than 10 minutes, possibly even 5. Clean room, nice shower, good breakfast. Didn't use any of the other amenities so can't speak to them. Overall, a good stay, especially on short notice. "

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. My room was very clean and quiet and the bed was so comfortable I overslept! The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome even recommending their favorite dishes from the attached Mexican restaurant. We really loved the pool and just hanging out at the pool patio in the evening. My husband was able to keep up with his workout routine in their large fitness center which was great. There was even a free breakfast in the morning. If you need to be in the Cleveland area, choose this hotel!"

"The staff were amazing at this property. I do not usually take the time to write a review as I travel often and am rather busy but when service is above and beyond I do make sure to give praise. Priya at the front desk was so friendly and helpful and Theo the head of maintenence was amazing as well as the housekeeping team. I come to Ohio annually and will make sure to return!! "
