“Stayed for a few days in September with our adult children. The house is well laid out. The kitchen could use a little help though, there is no real countertop space. The bedrooms are comfortable and well spaced throughout the home. Be prepared that the heating and AC for each room is controlled oddly with mini splits that are tied together. The property could have used some maintenance before our arrival. The mini golf, bowling, and sitting area was covered in debris, found a blower on our last……

“The floors sagged horribly in the center of house from settling. Nearly 1" step (no thresholds) from exterior rooms to the center because they put a thick tile floor in to mask the unlevel floors. Toilet seat was loose and wobbly. Bathroom sink flopped all around because a broken nut. All coffee mugs has coffee stains we had to clean. Fridge refused to keep cool, even when on max setting.
