Beautiful home for a great price!

We rented the home for a Christmas getaway with my extended family. We have an eclectic mix of teens, adults and small children and the space accommodated perfect! We will return in the future!

Beautiful Black Hills Retreat

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The house is in great condition, there is an amazing amount of space in the house. We loved all the deck areas and watching deer frolic in the evenings. It was very clean! It was perfect for our family.

Home was as advertised, clean, kitchen well equipped, multiple gathering areas for games or good conversation. Even had full sized christmas tree with all the trimmings. Would definitely recommend.

Great location and a beautiful home.

We loved staying here. It was easy to locate and the home was incredible. We were close to Sturgis and not far from Deadwood either. There were deer walking around outside which added to the charm. James was very responsive to all my questions and was a great host overall.

Great place with lots of room

My family of 5 stayed here for a few nights. The house is centrally located in the Black Hills which makes it possible to visit all the favorite sites. The deer came out in the grassy areas every evening which made sitting on the deck or either porch that more enjoyable. I would highly recommend booking this house.

Easter with family

Easy to find. Enough bedrooms for everyone. Thank you for allowing pets. Enjoyed the patios on front and back of house. Appreciated having enough chairs for eating meals. Would stay there again!

Great place to stay!

We had a great stay at this property. Great location if you are visiting the Deadwood/Sturgis area. Home was clean and comfortable with lots of room. Kitchen and bath were very well stocked with anything you might need. Great communication with our host, James. He was VERY accommodating and friendly. We would definitely visit again. Thanks!

St Patrick’s Day Weekend!

We had 4 couples and this house was perfect for us to all hangout at during down time. It had most everything we needed, the only thing that would have made the stay a little easier would more cooking equipment to make it easy to cook breakfast for a larger group. But not a deal breaker either!

Senior Sibling Retreat

Ours is a group of 5 senior siblings and spouses. We meet and hangout yearly in different locations. This house was big enough to accomodate us easily. The yard was big enough to play the outdoor games that many of us enjoy. The area is beautiful with so much to see and do. What more could anyone want!

nice location

perfect place in between deadwood and sturgis..clean and comfortable.. Would have been nice to have a fireplace downstairs that worked . and had some trouble with the programming on television cable boxes not hooked up..very minor problems that James tried to fix
