Convenient to our needs, room was clean and cool.

It was everything we were looking for. Loved that it had shuttle to the metro.

I love this hotel. It is so close to Branch Avenue Metro Station. Just 20 minutes by subway green line from the station to D.C Smithsonian museums. This hotel is the perfect place to travel to DC and to come back and rest. Free parking, free breakfast, neat room, swimming pool, fitness center, powerful A/C, microwave in the room. How can I ask more? It is the best hotel I could get within a $150 budget around DC. I once tried an Inn near Roslynn metro station in Virginia and it was awful though...

I like the hotel the breakfast was so good the rooms were very clean staff very nice but didn't like the hotel connect to the hotel people were hanging out there wasn't a good look a little scary

It all begins at the registration desk. The staff, was not only quite helpful but they've got to be some of the most courteous people who seem to be smiling every time I visit. You usually don't need to request extra towels or anything. If you missed the housekeeper, they're always close by.

Everything was ok I didn’t like the bath towels

We like the hotel‘s proximity to the Amtrak and Metro stations!

We had an amazing stay here. I booked this place due to location and the previous reviews. We were delighted. The staff is amazingly friendly and efficient. The were decorated nicely and most importantly the bed was comfortable! We had a lunch and 2 breakfasts in the restaurant. The meals were not overpriced and were quite tasty. Without a doubt, we will stay here again if we are in DC.

We stayed at the Tempo with our kids and had a great stay. The location was great for exploring the city. This is one of the only hotels I’ve seen offer two king beds which was a huge bonus, not to mention the beds were super comfy! The hotel was clean and the staff was super friendly. Their espresso martini at the bar in the best one I’ve ever had! Richard providing excellent service in the restaurant. Would definitely stay here again!

Best service you can find in VA

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Super clean, not noisy, great breakfast. Highly recommend this property. I will definitely go back.

It was my first time staying and it did not disappoint. Its a very historical building so if you love the charm of hidden features this is it. The wi dows also open which was amazing being so high up with a perfect view of the capitol. I cant wait to book again. The desk attendant Fiie was very sweet and polite. Check in was easy and a breeze. The expedia VIP bag was cute and mich appreciated after my long drive.

Love the room. Super cute and clean. Great bed. Love the blue tooth speaker!

I always try to stay in nice affordable hotels that sometimes lead to disappointment but this was a very nice hotel that was worth every penny. I really enjoyed my stay in this room, the room felt modern with no carpet (which I enjoyed), the headboard was leather (easy to wipe), and the bathroom had a modern shower head with a handheld shower which was great. The only part I had a problem with was the shower door and floor did not connect well so no matter what I tried the floor got wet. I...

Close to Metro station, area was beautiful and safe. Close to museums and nearby restaurants. Planning to stay there again.
