The heat was turned on full blast throughout the building. The front desk apologized, but said there was nothing they could do. We slept, sweating, with the windows open. Not acceptable."

"Important notes: rooftop deck with pool that they feature prominently in the ads is not open until late May regardless of weather. Lobby bar closes early - no in-room evening dining. Rooms are definitely average to below average - especially the accessible rooms - which you may be assigned even if not needed (we were!). Lighting in bathroom is terrible and feels like a Motel. Other than its location, I found this hotel below average."
