“Great place to stay!!”

“The house was very clean, well stocked with kitchen and laundry necessities, and the host was always quick to respond/check in. The house is in a super convenient location with a metro stop around the corner. This all fit our needs for a small family, 3 day DC getaway.”

“Perfect for my event that I had for National Harbor. Quiet, Clean, accessible and so convenient that there are stores below to grab coffee, food and some light grocery shopping at Aldi. Check in process a bit confusing with the various messages from a service. I couldn't locate where to get the key, but once I did, it was smooth sailing. Check out easy.”

“The unit itself has a big living room. The rooms were great. It was helpful to have a fully functioning kitchen.”

“Positives: I loved the location. Next to walking paths, restaurants, grocery store, athletic fields, aquatic center, and Potomac overlook. Close to DC without being in it. I felt safe in the area. Negatives: I did not like having to provide a selfie for me and IDs for relatives staying with me. This was due to no front desk personnel on site: I had to deal with issues through customer service personnel in another state. I was very disappointed when a maintenance worker walked into the apartment……

“Host was wonderfully responsive, pictures are accurate, didn't say on the listing but kitchen was stocked with pots and pans and cooking utensils which was nice. Unfortunately the snacks weren't stocked like the picture haha and there was only one butter knife but hey better than nothing. WiFi was fast and there are two smart TVs. A nice quiet stay.Unfortunately the comments about the weed smell are very true, it actually woke me up the first night at 2AM it was so strong coming in the vents. If……

“What a great stay! This unit is in an excellent location and was on a quiet street. It was cozy and had everything we needed for a 5 night stay. Steve was so awesome at communicating, providing anything we needed, and so helpful with travel and tips for a storm that came through. Would love to stay here again! ”
