“The property looks nothing like the photos. The stove did not work. The one cup coffee maker was broken, there were no blinds on the living windows. There were dirty sheets left on a chair. There was no extra blankets the blins that did exist in in the kitchen and bedroom were broken. There was a brand new TV but in the box not connected or usable. There were no mirrors in the entire apartment except for a small mirror above the sink in the bathroom. The entire apartment needed cleaning……

“I enjoyed my stay here. The check in process was very smooth and hassle free. The space was well furnished and clean. It also had everything you would need for your stay. There’s a washer and dryer which is very convenient as well as an air fryer and toaster. The location is also very much ideal for anyone who works at Howard University as it is a short walk away. The host was very polite, accommodating, understanding and responsive. Any concerns I had was addressed in a timely manner. I would……

“This was a perfect place for our needs. We were going to DC for our son’s graduation. This is very close to Gallaudet and Catholic University of America is 2 metro stops away. The Union Market is close by. Heather, the host, was flexible and responsive to what we needed. She seems to have thought of everything. It’s small details -like having a couple of metro cards to use, a wine bottle opener, coffee filters, and a Pyrex container to put in leftovers. She has a book by the TV which is very……

“We loved it! The apartment looked just like the pictures. It was close to everything we needed- 10 minute walk to Pentagon, 10 minute walk to metro train. The only down fall was we didn't know about paying for parking - we found out the day we left though so were able to get it taken care of before we arrived. We parked the car and never moved it until the day we left. Everyone was very helpful and we were contacted several times by wehost to make sure we had all we needed. When we had questions……

“Be aware this is very old apartment with crappy furniture and dirty very dirty walls. Door was completely messed up, you can tell previous guests had trouble opening the door, I contacted the host about it but they did nothing about it.”

“Everything, from clear check-in instructions to cleanliness of the apartment was excellent! This was a nice, quiet, updated place with everything I needed for a business trip. The cookies and bottled water present at check-in were a nice bonus! Highly recommend.”
