"The house is absolutely beautiful! You cannot beat the location. We met the owner while we were at the gated community and he was very accommodating. You can kayak right out back, there are great views from the pool which was kept nice and cool during the summer. We highly recommend this place. Just be sure to secure a place to park your trailer before you arrive if you’re bringing a boat. We did have some issues with the initial property manager, but the owner took over with communication and made our vacation one of the most wonderful experiences we’ve ever had. We plan on going back! It was also a great place for our children! Very kid friendly with lots of stuff to do."

"The cottage was perfect for me and my 3 kids. We loved the location being less than a 30min drive from both Key West and Marathon, and within 20min of several beaches. The kids took a dip in the private pool in the back everyday. Check-in process was seamless, and the rooms were perfectly climate controlled. We'll definitely stay again next time we're in the keys."

"We just needed a place to sleep for a few days while visiting friends on Big Pine. The house had what we needed. The home and furnishings were quite dated with some rust stains on the air vents and in the bath but if you're not picky about that, then this is a great place. The main areas were clean, although there was dirt and dust behind the night stands (needed to access the outlet so had to look there). We didn't use any of the amenities but still had to pay 130 extra when we checked in at the guard house which is apparently required for all rentals in this community. Overall, this house met all our needs. "

"My family and I had an incredible stay. We utilized every available component of the home including the dock. Property manager provided us with 2 available free ramps to drop off our jet-skis. We settled on the ramp located on Blimp Road, which was a 10 minute drive and 15-20 minute ride on the skis. We were able to tie off our skis our whole stay with no issues. Home was exactly as disclosed and worked great for our family. Communication was great, with quick respond time. "
