“Rooms were very nice and lots of pools and the beach to hang out at. Pools never felt crowded”

“The service at this hotel was some of the worst I’ve ever encountered. There was no one available to help with luggage, which was a huge issue since the rooms involve very steep stairs and there is no elevator. Additionally, the showers are very outdated and quite dirty. Overall, this was definitely not the experience we were hoping for. Very disappointing, and the staff was extremely unpleasant”
