“Each morning there was staff outside cleaning pipes, the walls and ceilings of the outdoor walkway areas. Staff was very responsive to our needs, and everyone was very friendly. Their restaurant had good food, the room was cool and had a ceiling fan which was helpful to keep cool. It is right on the waterfront. Just unfortunate we were there during a bad season of sargassum which is very smelly. They say it usually lasts about 3 weeks (mid May to early June) but has been about 2 months. ……

“Usually do not leave reviews but felt this stay needed to be shared with others. The property was clean. Requested housekeeping at 130pm one of the days we planned to be out exploring and returned at 1130pm and the room was cleaned. On the day of checkout, saw multiple charges on our credit card of random amounts. Contacted the resort and they just sent the receipts and said you can compare and we will have our manager call you. Never received a call back from the manager as promised so decided……

“Había sargazo y no se podía usar la picina por qué el olor era demasiado fuerte, el aire acondicionado de la habitación estaba dañado y solo tenían una unidad portátil dentro de el cuarto que se notaba que llevaba algún tiempo puesta por el tape y todo, la ducha no funcionaba bien, no hay elevador y hay mil escaleras… No me fui porque era solo por una noche y pagué un precio alto por ser 4 de Julio pero para quedarse por varios días no hubiera podido con tantas cosas mal. “Good location, but the room we had on the porch, was right by some big dumsters, that were used very frequently all through the night - making a lot of noise. Room was fine but needed renovation (broken tiles and blinds etc., matress very (too) soft. Staff was nice and offered us the use of pool facilities after our 10 AM check-out and also let us keep the car in the (free) parking for some hours. ”
