“We stayed at the Sagamore in Miami Beach and Cheeca Lodge on Islamodora and they were a lot better! Staff never opened doors or helped with luggage…we did ourselves. The rooms need some upkeep..,, the room only one garbage and the toilet ran continuously through the night, and there was no balcony and for what we paid it was not great. We looked out the street at a shack and when we went out in the ocean by our room, it was full of grass and stunk really bad and the bikes weren’t even free. You……
