“The gym was closed for.the 6 days we stayed ”

“Who has been writing the Reviews for this place??? The bed is plush, I loved , my husband not as much. The bath tub had cracks in it and hair in it- didn’t look like head hair either. You had to get ice from front desk and only got 1/2 bucket. The staff nice , They have long term rental there…. My sisters and another man’s reservation was messed up not sure if that was Expedia or the motel fault. My sister needed a handicap room but they couldn’t give it to her. I always read reviews before I……

“This a budget motel that could use some updating and repairs. Breakfast's ok but doesn't change from day to day. The rooms are clean, the stuff in the rooms work and the staff is easy to work with. Which is why I stay here every time I've been to Sumter.”

“I would not recommend staying here. I had a room booked and when I arrived to check in, the room smelled strongly of cigarettes. I asked if I could change rooms, but the staff gave me keys to other guests’ rooms twice by mistake. After that, I was told there was nothing they could do to help. I was also unable to receive any form of compensation for the inconvenience. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience”
