"The casita was excellent and located in a beautiful, safe, quite residential section near downtown Phoenix. The host was available to greet us and review the features of the property. Dining options were available within a short walk or driving distance. We only stayed one night but I would stay here again for an extended period and recommend this property to anyone who wished to stay in this area. "

"We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! There were 9 adults and it was the perfect set up with 5 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms. It had everything we needed and the location was ideal for us. "The host was extremely communicative and extremely helpful when we arrived. The best example of customer service! We had plenty of space and wanted for nothing. While located in the city, there was also a definite feel of the country as well, mainly due to the roosters, chickens, and peacocks in the neighborhood. Huy is the perfect example of what we want from a host...responds very quickly to questions and very helpful!"

"This was a beautiful area to stay. My room was spacious. Had floor-to-ceiling windows. It was clean, quiet. Soundproofing was done very well. There was a little bit of construction going on. They did include ear plugs in one of the side tables. Not that I used them. I had my own and I only really needed them. One day out of the 10 I stayed. I would have to say that the only negative thing I would have to say about this property is the lighting. I am visually impaired so I need lots of light to...
