“Clean Facility, rooms, and floor. However, the Staff could not supply us with clean towels when we requested them. When they did, over an hour later, they provided us with fewer towels than we requested.”

“Room was not clean. There was hair everywhere, especially in the bathrooms. Service by the beach was slow and took a long time for chairs / umbrella to even be acquired. Walls were so thin I could hear room neighbors doing the bare minimum of talking. Valet service was nice at arrival but ignored opening doors / closing doors after the initial arrival. Drinks were disgustingly when ordered and poolside waiter was very inattentive when bringing this up. Wanted to visit spa but did not want to……
