The property was beautiful and brand new as expected. The beach and landscape were amazing. I was surprised by the pool closing at 6pm but understood the policy after experiencing that some guests can't handle their drinking and need to be sent away to shower and eat. I can never remember having so many great bartenders. Fun, eager to serve and always happy to be there. As with most all inclusives the food even in the different themed restaurants was inauthentic and a bit on the bland side. Don't get me wrong I love food and ate it all but they could definitely do better on their "Italian" and "Asian" restaurants. The buffet was always fresh and the food was great for all three meals. After a so-so dinner we found ourselves headed to the buffet to browse for snacks. The corridors by the rooms were never cleaned as well as the rest of the property and it was almost funny how many piles of weave and hair that we encountered. We never went in the "Marley" pool as it seemed like the go to for the party crowd that was loud and never got out to use the bathroom. On most of the trip you couldn't see to the bottom in 3 feet of water (disgusting). The "Kingston" pool seemed to attract a more civilized crowd and was clean with great bartenders. The resort felt nicer than what we paid but you then have to deal with the guests that come for the low price (think 2-3 day Carnival Cruise). Some of these issues say more about the guests than the resort so take that as you will.
