Large open floor plan overlooking the lake includes spacious family room w/beautiful fireplace, dining room, and large fully-equipped kitchen. Wake up to a view of the lake from the 1st floor master bedroom. Upstairs includes two guest bedrooms, playroom, and full bath. Gas grill.

Just a few minutes from the Country Club of NH, Mount Sunapee adventure park, and Mount Kearsarge State Parks.
