The room was spacious (really big), clean, and as quiet as possible during Seollal. The linens were clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The decor was very relaxing and so was the tub. 😊 All the staff, including the cleaning ladies, were very accommodating. It was a nice change from the more hectic inner Seoul area. But Shin-Bundang line can get you into the city very conveniently. I would stay here again. It’s a great value! Apt was great. Safe, clean and very quiet place. Brand new building which is half block away from the main road. Ac works great, so many restaurants and convenience stores around, bed and bedding are good, there is no lobby but communication was easy by the phone. Everything was great and i definitely will be back next trip. I had asked for a view of Namsam tower months earlier with no response and then asked again right before we arrived... I spent quite a bit on a twin suite so thought it could be considered, or at least communicated that it wasn't available - but nothing. I thought the hotel was amazing - good location, clean and we really liked our room but the communication was lacking so it hindered the experience. Also, I think as a Korean Canadian who is fluent in Korean, it's somewhat insulting to speak Korean to front desk staff and then be spoken to in English, as if my accent or level is not good enough - it's actually a bit insulting so that was another point that didn't make the experience very positive. I would consider coming back as the hotel itself is nice and well located, but I hope these items, however small they seem, can be improved.
