The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of utensils, mugs, bowls, plates, etc. A few important basics were provided such as a fresh sponge, salt & pepper, paper towels, coffee filters, toilet paper, tissues, detergent, shower soap. “The house and the staff were amazing! The home was beautiful and in a great location regarding park access. The staff was so very accommodating, and even let me check in a little early. If you’re considering staying in an inn, remember that the walls are thinner than a regular hotel. You’re basically sharing a home with others, depending on how many rooms are in the house. Overall, great stay and I would definitely recommend and go back myself.”

“We had a great stay here! It was quiet, clean, and private, while still being convenient to Acadia National Park. We loved staying on the western side of the island. The host, Becky, was fantastic. She made us feel welcome and went the extra mile when our late arrival meant we got there after the grocery and convenience stores closed. If you’re traveling with children, this house is especially a gem. There were toys and books for kids of all ages. If we come back to Acadia, we’d definitely stay...

“The cottage was beautiful, new, and clean but the cottage I reserved through Expedia was cottage #9 which butted up to the woods with a very private deck with hot tub. The cottage we were given was cottage #7 wich sat right in the middle of 3 other cottages - no privacy at all. I would not have paid the high price to stay in that cottage. Very disappointed!”
