"Nice room for me on the third floor. You can pretty much see the whole matterhorn which is the part matters the most for travellers. The room is clean with all drinks included in the fridge and the bottom of the still water bottle has a matterhorn-shaped and I am very delighted seeing and be able to have it for free. breakfast was delightful and various dishes supplied. Shuttle bus picked us up from and to the train station which is very nice. Although I have waited about 45 mins for the pick-up at the beginning. But I saw the construction in the town so I guess it was just a occasion. The overall experience was really delightful. I am very happy that staff has told me to go on the gornergrat at the first day because the weather was very very nice on the day. I would have missed it as it was raining the day after. Overall highly recommended!"

"If you are going to visit Zermatt and.the Matterhorn this a great place to stay. It is right next to the train station and has a parking garage. Breakfast is excellent and they also have a restaurant for dinner. Supurb."

"Lovely hotel right at the beginning of Zermat main avenue. Near the train station and walkable to all restaurants and stores. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. The rooms are vey spacious and clean with a spectacular view of the alps. Will definitely stay there agin."

"Zermama was a highlight of our trip to Switzerland. The entire staff was wonderful and attentive. Our room had an unbelievable view of the Matterhorn. We happily donned the fake fur coats to sit on our balcony and enjoy coffee in the morning as Zermatt came alive. We ate in the restaurant and found the food to be excellent. Transportation was provided to and from the train station (thank you to our driver!), which is walkable but we did not want to manage suitcases for that distance. The front desk staff were informative and we especially enjoyed meeting the little dog who spends his days in the office. We hope to visit again and highly recommend ZerMama"
