“We didn’t interact with the staff much during our stay but when we did, they were very polite and courteous. Unfortunately, the room was quite small and the bathroom cramped. We were only provided with two bath towels and no hand towels or face cloths. We also only had one roll of toilet paper (you can request more if you need it). The room wasn’t filthy but it did leave a lot to be desired (there was a spider web in the shower that looked like it had been there for a long time). We only stayed……

“Avoid avoid avoid. I stayed here for 1 night with my wife, 2 kids and old man. The next morning the electricity and water was out. Perfect, if you like the "I've been sweating all day and all night" look and smell. To make matters worse the air-conditioning was weak and failed to keep the room cool, it's undersized for the room. Stay elsewhere.”

“The rooms are very clean, the staffs are very nice, friendly and helpful. Maryjane and Jeff, is very friendly and always goes above and beyond and are welling to help when you needed help, so as the manager. but my only problem is no restaurant on site. when we use the shower there's no drainage when you shower the water goes to the toilet side and its not draining so you're stuck on a seating water and it flooded its because its no drainage. I would be welling to go back again in the future and……

“原本很高期望，但到現場發現，房間內的落地窗，有幾處都有鳥屎沒有清掉，淋浴間的玻璃隔板有嚴重的陳年水垢，感覺清潔度不夠好。
不過整體很舒適寬敞，餐廳用餐的氣氛也很好，服務人員相當親切，這裡韓國人很多，一直被誤認成韓國人。

“The complimentary breakfast was nice. You have several options. The staff is friendly and everyone says good morning. I love that there is a gate with a security guard. “We had a lot of 2 large luggage and 4 carry ons when we arrived at the front, but there was no help until we stepped inside the building. The security and guest associate just looked at as and at least opened the glass doors. My mother is elderly also she struggles to walk on her own, so my priority was her safety.
Everything else is great, perhaps a bit of critical thinking from the staff wouldve made this review a 5 star.”
