"Stayed here for 3 nights on this trip. A very comfortable stay with exceptional service. The air conditioner in the room stopped functioning, but the staff quickly took care of the matter as soon as we reported it and compensated us with many free drink vouchers; the manager got soaked in the process ..."

Nice hotel and will use again when in Exeter
"Lovely hotel overall 2 negative points is one the breakfast availability as every day food ran out and very slow reaction to refills so you had finished before more available. Secondly the hotel appeared to be very focussed on sustainability but a bit far with the lifts . Seems a new hotel but 2 ..."
