“Julie and Gary were absolutely lovely and super helpful. They helped heat up milk for our little one and were friendly the hole time. I would say I think personally found the mattresses slightly uncomfortable, may be a preference. The only true negative, so the reason it was not 5 stars for us was the shower was weak, so couldn't just stand underneath it, had to hold it over the body part to clean. Aside that, amazing place, lovely people! Thank you both.”

“Staff were great and worked hard to cover all areas - especially Stephen, Jason, Bella and Jay. Appeared to be under staffed sometimes. Hotel - Great location and lovely views. Room - was not so great. Our bed was uncomfortable. Pillows were very thin. There was no chest of drawers to store clothes. Room had some cobwebs above the wardrobe and door. “Staff were lovely, location is gorgeous, rooms very outdated and in general the flow of constant tour buses full of elderly travelers made me feel like I was staying in a nursing home. Staff very rigid about breakfast timing and use of breakfast room not alllowed after 10:00am so if you are not an early riser, take note. Lift was also broken for full 4 nights of our stay and we were on the 3rd floor.”
