“The host was lovely. The house comfortably fit our party of nine over thanksgiving week. Some amenities were broken or in disrepair like the putting green and foosball table. The kitchen has minimal kitchenware and equipment. The double laundry was nice. The location close to Grandscape was also a bonus. ”

“Check in was easy and communication with host was good. Just a few issues...plan was to have barbecues at the house but there was no grill on the property when we arrived. Contacted host and was advised it had been damaged and would be delivered the following day. Did not get it until dinner time 2nd day of stay. Pool is smaller than it appears in the pictures...games in the game room are low quality. Final issue was one of the rooms had a significant ant problem in one of the corners and along...

“Overall a great stay while visiting Frisco. The Colony was convenient and close to so many places. Grocery stores and both target and Walmart nearby. Easy access to the interstate. The home was comfortable enough with a nice open layout with a bigger kitchen!”
