"My only complaint would be, the pull out mattress was stained. Not what I had planned but not a huge deal because we just doubled up in a room. Besides that everything else was great. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I noticed that their internet was down at the time of my arrival. The manager seemed to keep his cool during the problem, and kept the check in process rolling without a hitch. I could not receive a key card at the time of arrival, due to the system failure, but everything was taken care of in a timely and professional manner for my family and I to enter our room. I would keep The Grove in the list of places to stay on our next vacation."

"The experience at the resort was in general great we were in an ocean video room, and the pools were very nice even though I had kids and couldn’t experience the adult section. However the valet parking was a real issue every time you have to get your car there was 1 hour wait to request the car and then another hour to get your car. That was really bad."

"The hotel is extremely convenient for people needing a place near the airport. Rooms are modern and large, and the hotel is located directly in the airport. Was easy to get food and the pool is quite nice."

"This is a great option for families or a longer stay. With a full kitchen, living room area and balcony there is plenty of space to make it feel like home. There is plenty to do on site, however keep in mind that it’s all at additional fees (mini golf, arcade, etc). The complex is huge, so much that they have a complementary shuttle to take you from one building or pool to the other, it looks and feels like a huge apartment complex rather than hotel. To that point, they do some sort of timeshare sales which they try to get you to sign up for when you check-in, but you certainly don’t have to. Overall, the apartment was clean and spacious. The water pressure was not great but really no other complaints. Would definitely recommend."

"Extremely crowded pool with filthy towels and chairs. I’ve upgraded my room to have a balcony and got a wedding going on until 1am right under our room, my 2 years old woke up twice crying because of the noise. Mattress had dirty spots, lamps had a thick layer of dust. Overall I left even more tired than I came to this hotel. Would not recommend this hotel, especially if you’re traveling with kids."
