"Hi. We have always wanted to stay at fountain blu hotel… it was on our bucket list. We finally made it since it was my husbands 65 th birthday. Our stay wasn’t too impressive since our room was next to a utility room and the ac motors were very loud. We didn’t realize how very loud it was till we were trying to get to sleep . The loud noise kept us up all night…. Besides that our pillow cases had red lipstick or blood stains on it. I called for new pillow cases and they gave us fresh ones. Alittle disappointed So all in all the hotel stay was just an ok experience. We ate at the Italian rest and that was good. "

"Hotel per the rooms is clearly older bathrooms had peeling paint in ceilings above shower, marble on dresser is bedroom was cracked, dressers and table tv was on wood was worn. Kitchen had no pots, pans, silverware or cups you can use. Pool was locked day 1 but unlocked second day area was nice and clean bit no hot tub and furniture is older and lots of lounge chairs need replaced. "

"Where to begin… pool bar and hot tube closed by our bldg, pool bar by main entrance on Saturday nite closed before 8 pm , fan in bedroom not working, sliding door to patio area very hard to open/close,kitchen area no bake sheets to cook pizza, rolls ect on, lazy river and lg tiki bar $25. to enter per person even after paying a $100. Resort fee so should be able to access that. Mona & Juan at time share/own a condo tour there very unhelpful, 4 adults signed up for tour, one married adult left wallet at home spouse had his got us to pay $20. Promise of $100 Visa card per couple to do 90 minutes tour refused us access due to one adult didn’t have her Fl ID as she forgot wallet, Mona who signed us up extremely rude to us. Denise at their sports bar , excellent person, housekeeping with our needs excellent. We will not return again very disappointing property to many things not opened up , heated pools… nope!"

"Pros: Spacious and clean rooms, check in staff was absolutely wonderful, pools were great - just need to get there early to reserve lounges! Cons: Grounds were a little confusing to navigate, restaurants had limited food options and while the market was convenient, prices were very high! Overall, great time had by all!"

"Excellent vacation! Hotel is lovely, rooms clean and comfortable and the free amenities were a BIG plus (breakfast, beach chairs, umbrella, towels and as much bottled water as you want). The pools were great and this is in the heart of SB on Ocean Drive, right across from beach and beautiful 10 mile bike/walk boardwalk. "
