“Hotel normal. Le hace falta una remodelación en los pasillos, alfombras, paredes, luces de los pasillos. El aire acondicionado no soplaba. Tuve que pedir 3 abanicos para poder dormir bien. No vale lo que pagué, es la verdad. ”

“The room was super comfortable. But there was a cold spell! When I asked for more heat they responded immediately and I was given an electric heater that worked great. Very much appreciated. The walls are thin and noise in adjacent rooms or above is pretty loud. try for a top floor room or in the back!”

“This spa retreat is fully equipped with all needed to rest and rejuvenate in the same location. Everything and everyone was top tier in service and presentation. The only let down was the food and even that was fine it just didn’t match the other areas of excellence”

“We stayed for 2 nights and our room was next to the gardens with people talking and kids screaming and running around outside our window. There was a hen party and they were also very loud for half the night. They had functions all werkend and this meant that staff weren't attentive if you weren't wuth the big party or if you managed to find someone to order from, they either asked us to ask someone else or took the order and forgot. ”
