Bed kinda sucked. Was so tired it didn’t matter. Lady at the desk was nice. The spa bath in the basement is what saves this place. That is such a godsend after a day of travel.

Excellent price and location if you’re having a late or early flight from Haneda. The staff is quick and can speak basic English. If you can handle very basic Japanese/ English , communication shouldn’t be a big problem. With such price , I wouldn’t ask for much. The common area is small and therefore they wouldn’t allow you to stay long which is understandable. 500 yen for luggage storage after your stay is also very reasonable.

Super rude staff as I saw in reviews but didn't believed while booking, finally experienced it myself. Also have been charged 500 yen extra for my entire stay of 8 days for luggage, which was not mentioned in expedia rules, for proof attaching receipt of this paid amount.

Hostel Receptionist, did not understand basic English. Pods were uncomfortable, light didn’t work, AC didn’t work, bed was too small for pod. Terrible check-in time at 5 PM is ridiculous.

This was the worst place I stayed at in Tokyo. The staff is rude and you are not allowed to sit in the lobby if you arrive before check in (which isnt until 5pm even though check out is 10am?) and there were many alarms going off from the building throughout the night. There’s also a tv inconveniently placed that I kept hitting my head on and it has no remote anyways and does not work. It’s also very hot inside the capsules and very little ventilation in the room.
