The location is great! Very close to the train station. Staff is nice. The room isn’t very soundproof, so you can clearly hear noises from outside. I recommend bringing earplugs.

Great hotel in a perfect location. The hotel has been renovated but the rooms are small with limited space for luggage, however there is lots of comfortable seating in the lobby. If you want a comfortable bed in a downtown location this is the place.

Great location just a few minutes walk to Union Station. Room was spotlessly clean, bathroom at all the amenities and a great shower with a real slip-proof tile floor. There's a Tim Hortons across the street and housekeeping was on the ball the entire week. If you are flying in or out of Billy Bishop airport the free shuttle stops across the street from the hotel. Highly recommended.

For being in such a chaotic part of downtown, I was grateful to find the hotel so clean, pleasant and well maintained. Room was small but clean and comfortable. Just a short walk from Union station, close to harbor front and 30 minute stroll to distillery district. Tim Hortons right across the street for cheap breakfast. I would definitely recommend!
