Customer service was great. Friendly driver/front desk. First room had no heat but I was brought a heater. They later gave me a new room. Was able to drop me back at the airport during the snow storm. I would recommend.

Auke Bay Chalet~ Ocean views, Hot tub, Sauna, outdoor entertainment, & fire pit!
The home was perfectly as described. Nice to be about outside of town, but close enough if we wanted to go. Home was very clean, love all of the coffee making options, and hot tub delightful!

The property was beautiful, clean, and spacious. It had everything needed in the kitchen regarding appliances, cookware, dishes, etc. Unlimited hot water was a real thing! Best Vacation Rental in the Heart of Juneau
