“I urgently needed a place for my nephew and niece to stay in Trinidad. I was able to pay for it remotely through Expedia. On that day it was hard to find I got excellent feedback about how helpful the staff was, especially in helping them secure a car rental among other things. The only complaint was the absence of a window to see outside. Grateful for kind people when in a plight.”

“The dapper looking gentleman with the well groomed locks under a straw fedora who greets you at the door is named Otis.
He’s not just a greeter he’s a gentleman of knowledge with a soft welcoming Trini accent. He provides you with a warm greeting every time he sees you and is genuinely interested in how you spent your day. He made coming back to the hotel feel like home.
It’s always a good experience at the Brix
Thanks Otis!
I will miss you Sudhaa! To me you’re not only the front desk……
