“Clean room, friendly staff, and met the expectations of a booking at this price. ”

“The spacious suite was nice. It allowed our family to sit and visit in the room. The proximity to Arkansas State was great! Some negatives was the beds aren’t comfortable and our shower floor was dirty. My son and daughter in law had a separate room from ours and their shower was dirty and the A/C made a whistling sound all night that kept them from being well rested.”

“It looked like the rooms haven't been cleaned and found a razor underneath the fitted sheet needless to say it was still in the wrapper it was under the fitted sheet roaches crawling around someone broke into our room and stole things then they wouldn't show the video of who did it or even cared to look person that we found out that did do it worked there but supposedly the only person that could rewind the tape and find out who broke into our room was the owner and I've never got to talk to him……

“The property is brand new so it was very clean. It comes with a kitchen area that includes a full size refrigerator, microwave, two burner stove, and sink. The only issue we had with the property is that cups, plates, bowls, silverware, pots, and pans were not included in the room. They have an abundance of cabinets that were all empty. If you want those items, you have to purchase them at the front desk. That seems a little ridiculous since we paid $160 for the room (this was for a queen……

“Rooms were very clean and fresh, beds were comfortable and it was a great location. I had booked several rooms for family to stay in for graduation and ended up with one too many and both Expedia and Amanda at the Hampton were very helpful in canceling the one room and ensuring that I still had the others to use. Everyone from check-in to breakfast staff to check-out were very friendly, courteous and helpful. And, believe me we were a handful!”

“Lighting wasn’t great. Especially if putting on makeup. Vending machine is drinks only. They sell some snacks but not anything great. Tub was chipped which always grosses me out. Bed was AWFUL. Terrible pillows, terrible mattress. But for a cheap motel, I didn’t feel like there were bugs or anything ridiculously unclean. Just not glorious.”

“The room was extremely clean. The check-in and check-out process was completely online/via text messaging. When we had to actually speak to staff for extra towels, it was brief and professional. We went to the bar next door where we, again, had excellent service. My only negative comment would be that we could've used a little bit more complimentary coffee/tea for a 2 night stay. Overall, very excellent experience. We'll be back for sure. ”

“I was impressed with this property. It was reasonably priced so I didn’t have high expectations, but the property well exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Perfect to stay with a pet, although there was no evidence of prior pets. The HVAC system took a little trial and error, but I was able to get the temperature comfortable.”
