“Oleg, the Manager is very communicative, easy to deal with, and is quick to react to requests. I was in Kharkiv at a time when missile strikes were a regular occurrence and still the property was well maintained and comfortable. Aside from Russian attacks, the general area seems very safe and is very much a family environment with a large playground in the enclave, and a small supermarket and otter shops within a 3 minute walk. ”

“This listing is completely misleading. They claimed there was a washer in the apartment, but that was a lie. Instead, there were three washers in the hallway and all of them were broken. The apartment itself had a horrible odor, the furniture was extremely cheap, and it felt very unpleasant to stay in. The key pickup process was also a hassle, requiring me to go to another location just to collect the keys. Overall, a very disappointing experience — I would not recommend this place. ”
